I get back to the US about 1 -2 times per year. And I always make a point to spend some time in California. The food is amazing there. I think a large part of it is due to the fact that a great deal of it is grown locally, so you are not eating things that have spend days on a truck or on a plane. And for some reason, it’s not just the produce. For example, Father’s Office makes one of the best burgers I have had anywhere in the world. And by many, it is regarded is Los Angeles’ best burger.
